FAQ
GARMENT CARE
We want our products to not only last for a good time but also for a long time.
For most occasions, we recommend hand washing or gentle machine washing in cold water and hang drying in the shade. Wash with similar colours and avoid bleaches. Do not tumble dry & do not iron over any prints.
Don’t wash jackets or premium items. They should be professionally cleaned.
If in doubt, ask your mum, she knows best…

AUSTRALIA
We regular or express post using 'AUS Post' within 2-3 business days after payment has been cleared. Wait times can be longer with 'Originals series' if peak season.
 
WORLD WIDE
(selected countries)
We regular post worldwide using 'AUS Post' within 2-3 business days after payment has been cleared using Australia post rates.  Wait times can be longer with 'Originals series' if peak season.
 
Can I Track My Order?
 Orders do include order tracking. Please contact us at anotherautumnclothing@gmail.com if you have not received your tracking number with your order postage/fulfillment confirmation email. We won't have anything for you before then. 
 
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 10-day period from date of delivery.
No refunds given on sale items, only exchanges accepted.

 We recommend that you use a shipping service that allows you to track your return or exchange, as we can’t be held responsible for lost packages.
 
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will try our best to organise a replacement for you.
 
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
There is a 10-day exchange time frame from the date of delivery.
 
Items not received within that 10-day period will not be accepted.
Please contact us to notify us of your return and the reason (photos can help), also include your order number and date.
Due to having limited stock we can not guarantee the availability of all items for exchange.

NOTE: We can not do exchanges for ‘Originals Series’ items if they are the wrong size, as they are made to order. We can only exchange ‘Original Series’ items if there is a fault / the item is damaged.
 
For regular returns and exchanges, items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Items must also be unwashed, unworn and with original packaging.
 
By 'Saleable condition' we do not expect garments to be plastic wrapped and perfectly folded and what not, but we are unable to accept them for return if;
 
They are marked, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway, they have been washed, they are scented with aftershave, perfume or deodorant.
 
We cannot refund any shipping costs incurred in your original order, you will also need to pay to return the item to us.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty we will look after the shipping charges.
 
For international exchanges you will need to pay for shipping for the new items on their way to you.
